Your team will embark on an immersive in-person escape room game, where they will be challenged with a series of puzzles and tasks designed to evaluate their communication, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Following the game, your team will complete a team questionnaire based on their performance during the game. The feedback provided by our facilitator and the team will be compiled into a report outlining your team's performance. The report will show your teams strengths and weaknesses, and provides valuable insights into how to improve your team's collaboration, leadership and communication skills.

The experience is designed to evaluate your team’s communication, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills. Analyse

Each team member will complete a detailed questionnaire reflecting on their performance and team dynamics during the escape room challenge. Our facilitator will then compile this feedback into a comprehensive report. This analysis will highlight your team’s strengths and weaknesses, providing clear insights into areas that require improvement.

Improve

Use the insights gained from the analysis to develop tailored recommendations for your team. This report includes actionable strategies to enhance collaboration, leadership, and communication skills. HOW IT WORKS

1TEAM BRIEFING
Our game facilitator will arrive at your chosen location. The experience begins with a team briefing, where our facilitator will explain the objectives of the assessment and provide guidelines for the immersive escape room game.
2ESCAPE ROOM CHALLENGE
Once the briefing is complete, your team will participate in our escape room challenge, which is designed to evaluate your team's communication, problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
3QUESTIONNAIRE & FEEDBACK
After the game, your team will complete a team questionnaire based on their game performance, providing additional insights into strengths and weaknesses. This can be customised depending on your needs, upon request.
4TEAM REPORT
A few days after the assessment, you will receive the team report. This is a comprehensive analysis of your team's strengths and weaknesses. The report is based on the insights gathered from the immersive escape room game and the team questionnaire.

THE REPORT
